Most sessions with the doctor take between 10-15 minutes. 

No. We only use Botox® Cosmetic.

The Surrey Botox® Clinic offers a flat rate of $8.50 per unit (cosmetic Botox® is not covered by the Medical Services Plan). GST (5%) and a Square Reader Fee (2.65%) are in addition to this. There are no consultation or "hidden fees."  

The clinic accepts cash or cheque after each treatment. We are able to accept credit cards or debit through Square Reader which costs an additional 2.65% to use their service. There is a $50 cancellation fee without 48 hours’ notice.    

No. Patients only pay $8.50 / unit of Botox® administered and there is no minimum number of units.   

After considering the current cost of Botox® and our overhead costs, this is a fair and reasonable price point for our clinic. 

As of April 2023, the price to purchase Cosmetic Botox® from the manufacturer has increased. In order to keep up, our fee is being changed by $0.50 per unit.

This is the first time since 2019 we have had to increase our price. Thank you for the understanding.

The clinic will run multiple times per month (see our schedule) and as we grow, we will continue to add more hours / clinics.  

Only Medical Doctors licensed to practice in British Columbia performs this procedure at our clinic. We do not currently have nurse injectors. Verify your physician's credentials here. 

All of our Medical Doctors are "Board Certified" and have been trained to administer simple cosmetic Botox®  by Dr. Matthew Ward, the founder of the Surrey Botox® Clinic. Indeed, it shouldn't matter which doctor performs your procedure on any given day, as they are all trained to administer it in the same simple and safe way. 

We recommended booking an appointment based on your own schedule and availability.

We only ever take photographs for medical documentation and these are uploaded to the patient's confidential Electronic Medical Record (where we also document the Botox® treatment conducted). Such photos will never be used for marketing purposes.

The Botox® procedures we perform are both simple and safe, however as Medical Doctors, we do take precautions and so have appropriate / necessary emergency equipment with us.
